These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and juan36 ("juan36," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the juan36 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at juan36.net ("the Platform").

By creating a juan36 account, accessing the Platform, or using any juan36 service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform.

juan36 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

To register and maintain an account on the juan36 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations and the standards set by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of juan36, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the juan36 Platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming authority.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the juan36 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.

When registering your juan36 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required during the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify juan36 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you.

juan36 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain features. KYC verification may require submission of a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

juan36 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine-based players: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, and debit cards issued by Philippine banks.

The following payment methods are not accepted on the juan36 Platform:

• Cryptocurrency of any kind, including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and any other digital asset.
• Credit cards for gambling deposit purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as displayed on the Platform at the time of the transaction. juan36 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.

juan36 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. All funds deposited into your juan36 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

juan36 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer on the juan36 Platform.

General bonus terms applicable to all juan36 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. juan36 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may be subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• juan36 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or technical error.
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including through multi-accounting, collusion, or exploitation of technical errors — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.

Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of applicable wagering requirements, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. juan36's decision on all bonus-related matters is final.

All games available on the juan36 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems, as applicable. Game outcomes are determined by these systems and are not influenced by juan36 or any third party.

By participating in any game on the juan36 Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You understand the rules of the game you are playing before placing any wager.
• All bets placed are final once confirmed. juan36 is not responsible for errors made by players in placing bets.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during gameplay, juan36 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amount to the player's account balance.
• juan36 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of fraud, collusion, or exploitation of a software error.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.

juan36 strives to maintain uninterrupted service but does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. juan36 is not liable for any losses arising from Platform unavailability.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the juan36 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chip dumping, match-fixing, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing juan36 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to access or use your account.

juan36 employs fraud detection and monitoring systems to identify prohibited conduct. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in the investigation of suspected illegal activity.

juan36 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously.

juan36 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to control your spending.

All content on the juan36 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of juan36 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from juan36.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform content or software.
• Use any juan36 trademark, logo, or brand name in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without express written permission.

Any unauthorised use of juan36 intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, juan36 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, juan36 is not liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your own decisions, errors in placing bets, or misunderstanding of game rules.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any inaccuracy, error, or omission in any content or information provided on the Platform.

juan36's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your juan36 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

juan36 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Upon termination of your account for cause, juan36 may, at its discretion, forfeit any bonus balances and void any pending withdrawals that are subject to ongoing investigation. Real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any required verification and compliance checks.

You may voluntarily close your juan36 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure, including any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising between you and juan36 that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. juan36 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including guidelines issued by PAGCOR.

juan36 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via the contact information associated with their account.

Your continued use of the juan36 Platform following the posting of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
